Q1: Are your games legal?
A: Yes, we do not collect money for any of the games/picks made on our site. OfficePickem.com games are for entertainment only. Originally, we made our games for our own leagues that we would play with our friends. While we still participate as players in ALL of our games, we now make these games available to the public. Allowing players to create their own leagues is the only service that we sell on the website. If the league manager chooses to make side-wagers with their players, this is done outside of OfficePickem.com and at the discretion /risk of the league manager. We offer the same type of service that ESPN, CBS Sports and other large sports websites offer.

Q2: Why should I choose a lesser known company like OfficePickem.com to host my league when there are other large Fantasy/Pickem sites out there?
A: Our games feature a "twist" on the common pickem/survivor leagues in the market. Instead of picking teams to win, our games feature picking teams to score pts/runs. Instead of picking squares in a Superbowl game, we let you answer ridiculous questions about the games.

Each game that we create is tested and designed to be easy-to-use. Most of our weekly games require less than a few minutes each week. We've played the pickem games from the large websites too. While those are still a lot of fun, we wanted to offer our own take on these games. That's whey we decided to build this website.

Q3: When do your scores update?
A: Our sports feeds are purchased through sportsinsights.com. These feeds update roughly every 15-20 minutes during the games. Depending on the game, points are calculated as soon as the game goes FINAL.

Q4: Can I participate in multiple leagues at the same time?
A: Yes, you can participate in different games at the same time. For example, you can play in 2 different Bowl Pickem games at once. You can have different picks in each of the leagues. League managers can manage and play in their own leagues, while also playing in other leagues.

Q5: I'm not sure if your leagues are right for me. Do you have a free trail?
A: All of our games have an "evaluation period". During this time, you can create and run your own league. This includes inviting players, making picks and letting the season begin.
- For our Bowl Pickem: The evaluation period is the first 7 Bowl games
- For our Season long games (MLB/NFL): The evaluation period is the first 2 weeks of play.
- For our Superbowl Questions: The evaluation period is up until the day of the Superbowl.

Q6: I'm seriously considering the Bowl Pickem game, but still am unsure.

Each evaluation period should give you an idea of how our games work. If you are not satisfied and choose to have your league removed, please email us for a full refund at customerservice@officepickem.com.

Q6: Can I have multiple entries in any of the games?
A: This would be at the discretion of the League Manager. Each "Member ID" may only have entry in any given game. Players would need to create an additional account for the other entries. Players can have multiple accounts with the same email address. This is sometimes the case where multiple family members each have their own member account but with one email address.

Q7: Is it possible to customize my league's homepage?
A: Yes. The league manager's portal has the ability to modify many of the paragraphs that appear on the league's homepage. In certain circumstances, we may be able to accommodate additional requests. For example: A league manager asked if we could put the "Make a Wish" Logo on their league homepage since they were donating to that charity. We were happy to do this request. Another league manager requested their company logo to appear on their League Homepage. Again, we were happy to make this request. Q8: Is it possible to customize my league's rules?
A: It depends. For many of the games, most of the calculations and scoring are done in our scripts. Most of our games award points for correct choices. These types of changes cannot be changed for individual leagues at this time. As long as the change does not involve the game play itself, you can change the rules for your league. For example: You can choose to award prizes to the top finishers at the end of the game.
For our current bowl pickem game: You cannot change the Pts awarded for correct answers. You can change the prizes, due date when the picks lock, when the league closes for new players.

Q9: I have an idea for a game. Can you customize a game for me?
A: We currently run 6 games year-round which keeps us very busy. We are always looking for the next great pickem game. If time is available, we may be able to develop a game for you at a certain fee. Since this would make you a co-creator of this new game, we would give you a percentage of any revenue that the game brings in. This process would require some time.
